The Beatles Abbey Road Rereleased

One of the Beatles most famous album has be rereleased for the Viseo game The Beatles RockBand. We all have our copy, and are hoping all of our beatle fans have theirs. My favorite song on the album of course is Come Together.

The album is the first ever Beatles album with no tile or name on the cover. It just silly portrays the four beatles walking down the cross walk on Abbey Road. They are seen walking in a straight line one behind the other with John Lennon leading, behind him is seen Ringo Star. Next in line is Paul McCartney and finally George Harrison. One of the most talked about objects of this album cover was the question of why Paul was the only barefoot one if the group that day.

Some say it’s just another Beatle genius idea to catch your eye. Other claim it to be another hidden clue purposefully placed there by the beatles to signify Paul McCartneys death. For those readers that are lost. In 1968 Paul and Ringo were arguing in the studio one day, and Paul took off upset He was said to have been driving his silver Aston Martin when he picked up a hitch hiker. A blonde female she was. Apparently the car crashed and Both Paul and the woman died. Paul was said to have died of an undisclosed head injury.

It was also said that a year earlier Billy Shepard had won a Paul McCartney look alike contest and they used him to replace Paul to avoid massive suicides of their fans, had they learned of the real Pauls death.

There are said clues as far as one song on the Abbey Road Album called Maxwell’s Silver Hammer, which is supposed to represent Pauls Aston Martin which was named the Silver Hammer by all car magazines that year. The cover of Sgt. Pepper Album. Where three of the Beatles John,George, and Ringo are seen dressed in black mourning a fallen band member whilst surrounded by deceased super stars of the ages like Marylin Monroe. Another clue was the Walrus sing which in Greek means imposter. Also in Come Together on of the lines reads “one and one and one is three. Got to be good lookin cause he’s so hard to see” of course meaning only three Beatles are real and the fourth had to be as good looking as Paul because he was so hard to spot.

Looking back you can see that Paul McCarneys face eyes were Brown. And his face round. The Paul McCarney later generations know has a longer face and Green eyes. The idea is that Billy Shepard replace Paul and the beatles placed clues on their albums. Later on after the entire story was proclaimed a hoax John said “only our truest fans will ever know the truth” one could take it as the one who own all our albums will put the clues together and see.

Whatever he or she may believe this album went into history as one of the greatest talked about albums ever. I won’t say exactly what I believe but I will tell you this album is a hit in my book.

The Genius Of John Lennon

I first discovered my style of music in 1998. I was lost untill I found actual meaning in the lyrics and sound. I decided on Alternative Rock. throughout high school I kept true to my likes and barely strayed. My partner at the time tried to introduce me the likes of John Lennon, I immediately shunned it. I hated his music. It wasnt untill now I realized I hated his music because I just did not understand it.

Here I am 21 years old and my favorite son is Working Class Hero by none other than John Lennon. I had a tough time growing up, I had no parents and was raised by my grandmother. I’d get lost in the sound of music and its lyrics and tones of the lead singer of a band, thats when I felt free the most. Thats when I felt loved. Thats when I felt real. As I grew older the words of many songs became foggy and distant. As we go into the real world everything stops being so real. Until I heard Working Class Hero. John was a genius when he created the technique he used to interpret the song. In some ways you could say hes not even singing it.

Hes speaking from the inside part of a being where we cant believe life has become so cold. It’s the sound you let out when you are down and out and the last thing you say is the realist thing anyone could ever hear. Where your last attempt at getting individuals to understand is frozen and heard by the frustrations of years of abuse. I was gone mentally when I heard that song. My life felt over and there was nowhere to go from where I was standing. It was too hard to climb up, and inevitable to go further down. These are the times you think you want to hear someone telling you its ok, life will get better. But when they do, you smile an empty smile and go on feeling weaker. But John’s lyrics turned that around. He basically lets you know Life is messed up, this is what you get, this is all you’ll ever get. I understand but hey I can help you no more than your fellow man can. Once you’ve heard these words you die inside at knowing there is NOTHING you can do to change this world. But then you are born again believing if you say Fuck the world, you can build your own path and start over.

I never realized all I needed was someone to tell me you are screwed for life. your path has been set. It will take a miracle to change it. And you know what, I’m encouraged to believe someday that Miracle will touch me. I thank John Lennon for doing all he could to make the world understand the oppressed are still left standing here alone. Buts its up to us to listen

Remembering Patrick Swayze 1952-2009

After battling a two year fight againts pancreatic cancer, Patrick Swayze lost the fight on monday September 14, 2009. despite what his doctors believed patrick lived a full year over his estimated 1 year expiration. Swayze was diagnosed with stage IV pancreatic canger in January of 2008. Details of his illness were sometimes blurry and never confirmed by individuals in the Swayze camp.

In May 2008 Patrick was rumored to have had part of his stomach removed due to the spread of cancer. It was never confirmed if this had been the case. There had also been a time when tabloids announced that his cancer had spread to his liver. However Swayze denied in late 2008 that the cancer had spread to his liver.

In January 2009 Patrick admitted to having a tiny mass on his liver. It was later confirmed in April 2009, by his doctors that his cancer had spread to his liver.

We rememeber patrick best for his role inthe sensational hit movie Dirty Dancing. We here at FFU personally hold this movie dear to heart. We grew up on it and it made rainy days feel like summer when we watched it. Patrick played Johnny Castle along side Jennifer Grey. His character was an older man who taught a younger girl how to dance a non-traditional controversial way. Women and Girls across the nation fell in love with Johnny castle and was even chosen as People magazines’ Sexiest Man Alive in 1991. I still get butterflies in my stomach when I see Dirty Dancing. It always reminds me of better days.

Patrick Swayze died on September 14, 2009 with his wife and family by his side in California.

Jeff Hardy Arrested On Drug Related Charges!

Our beloved Jeff Hardy was arrested on September 11, 2009, on drug related charges. his bail was set for $125,000. it is not clear yet who posted the bail. From what we hear he has been arrested for trafficking controlled prescription pills, and also possession of anabolic steroids.

during a search in Hardy’s Cameron NC home authorities found:

• significant quantities of Vicodin
• Soma Prescription pills
• Anabolic Steroids
• A residual amount of Cocaine

among his charges were:

• Two counts of felony possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule III controlled substance
• Felony trafficking in opium
• Felony maintaining a dwelling to keep controlled substance
• Misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia
• Felony Possession of Cocaine

If convicted Jeff Hardy will surely be facing jail time. Ironically this could not come at a better time, now that Jeff has let his WWE contract run dry, he is no longer caught between the riffs of the Straight Edge CM Punk and Rebellious Jeff Hardy story line. was involved in a months-long story line in which his past violations of the company’s drug policy were a focal point. Hardy was revered by fans as a free-spirited high flying messenger of acceptance. while CM Punk preached just say no to drugs.  Fans stuck by Jeff Hardy through the tough times when every one pushed him down. Hopefully the WWE does not feel betrayed to have had one of the biggest stars in their mists stuck in such and embarrassing and familiar predicament.

• Jeff Hardy left the WWE on good terms and up until Summerslam was the World Heavy Weight Champion. he had his last match on August 25,2009 against CM Punk in a steel cage match. The terms were the winner became the World Heavy Weight Championship, and the loser had to leave WWE. CM Punk won the match. This is how Jeff’s leave was written into the show.

• Hardy has been commenting on the events on his Twitter account.

He wrote: “A lot of exaggerations are out there today, don’t believe
everything you read 4 it is not true, I am at home and fine-thanks for
your concern.”

About a half hour later, he wrote: “The media is the
media, I wish they would at least report the story correctly &
accurately. I will make a statement later.”

Just confirmed by Matt Hardy!!! Jeff Hardy will in fact remain with the WWE after Summerslam.

WWE Friday Night Smackdown Results

Tonight was the infamous WWE 6 person Tag-Team match Of Jeff Hardy, Matt Hardy and John Morison VS. Cm Punk and the Canadian trio Legacy. The match was on MyNetwork.

This match will go down in history due to it being the possible last time the Hardy brothers will team up again. Also marks the reconciliation of the Hardys after last weeks cliff hanger of Matt saving his brother Jeff from another beating from CM Punk.

The match lasted 23 minutes and ended spectacularly with a win by the Hardy team. The most anticipated part of the match was a win by either brother which came to play when Matt Hardy won the match with a Twist of Fate to CM Punk. The fans got their monies worth.

The match took place in Kansas City yesterday and the boy are already in LA getting ready for Summerslam where there will be a Tables, Ladders, and Chairs match for the World Heavy Weight Championship. Of course we all know this playing field can only be one when one member of a given team climbs the ladder and reaches the Championship Belt hanging above. The belt must be taken down and held to confirm the win. This is also the favores playing field by Jeff Hardy. He’s at an advantage although we cannot predict the win yet.

There’s been talk of a contract change on Jeff Hardys career. And he may be leaving WWE. If this is the case the World Heavy Weight Championship must be given up at Summerslam. The scripted win just might go to the Straight Edge CM Punk. But you have to tune in to see.

We wish our World Heavy Weight Champion, the only Charismatic Enigma, the best of luck. And I’ve had many fans write saying, which I agree, that there is no other wrestler in the WWE with the style and appearance and personality that Jeff Hardy eminates. There ha been talk of Matt Hardy replacing his brother, and although we hate to see him go, there’s no other choice than the other half of Team Extreem.

We cried when Jeff left for Poetry. And it is with heavy hearts that we will watch Smackdown IF Jeff Hardy leaves. Thankyou for the presence you’ve carried the championship with and the years of changing the face of acceptance. Millions around the world will continue to wear their hair, clothes with the pride and courage you have shown them.

Again it is not confirmed if Jeff Hardy is leaving the WWE.
